To Appropriate and Authorize the Use of Privy Purse Funds for
the Treasury of the Exchequer
Whereas, Articles 25 through 29 of the Constitution of the United Kingdom of the Navasse authorise the execution of a national budget for the Crown’s economic and fiscal policies.
Whereas, in the event of excess expenditure over revenue, provisions can be made to request from The Sovereign’s private person their income and assets for use at the disposal of The Crown.
Whereas, The Sovereign must ensure ongoing and continual management and administration of The Crown, hereby issues a Royal Decree-Law to allocate provisions from the Privy Purse.
Article 1. The Royal Decree-Law supplies The Crown effective the Eleventh of April, 2024.
Article 2. The Privy Purse, by Command of The Queen, allocates, authorizes, and disburses funds to The Treasury of the Exchequer in the amount of C£9,086.70.
Article 3. Any funds held in excess by month’s end shall remain within the Treasury of the Exchequer for use at The Crown’s disposal.
Article 4. The Sovereign may issue successive Decree-Laws every month or when an immediate or impending obligation necessitates a special dispensation.
